Noomi Rapace could be Amy Winehouse in the singer's biopic

Noomi Rapace Amy Winehouse

With the documentary 'Amy' triumphing around the world, and aspiring to the Oscar in that category, already you think of a fictional movie about the singer's life sadly deceased more than four years ago Amy Winehouse.

The script and the future direction of this film is already Kristen Sheridan and it seems that they are thinking about Noomi Rapace to play the missing artist, a rather strange option since Amy Winehouse left us at the age of 27, while the actress is about to turn 36.

Swedish actress Noomi Rapace rose to fame in 2009 when she made all three installments of the 'Millenium' saga, 'Men who did not love women' ('Män som hatar kvinnor'), 'The girl who dreamed of a match and a can of gasoline' ('Flickan som lekte med eluden') and 'The queen in the palace of the air currents' ('Luftslottet som sprängdes'), where she played the now famous Lisbeth Salander.

After that and the occasional film in her native Sweden, the interpreter crossed the Atlantic to land in Hollywood where he has shot several films such as 'Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows' ('Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows'), 'Prometheus' or 'The Delivery' ('The Drop').

Now I could play a music star like Amy Winehouse, but this is not the music, since Noomi Rapace has already signed to be Maria Callas in the movie 'Callas' that will come to us in 2017.
