Criticism of "Angels and demons", pure entertainment

That the cinematic sequel to The Da Vinci Code, Angels and Demons, has managed to maintain the No. 1 box office for three consecutive weeks, becoming the highest grossing film so far this year, it is easy to understand because it is pure entertainment.

The new adventures of the expert on religious issues, Robert Langdom (Tom Hanks), take us back to Rome as he has been called by the city's chief of police to investigate a case in a very short time.

Someone has stolen a powerful bomb, antimatter, and plans to destroy the Vatican, they have also managed to kidnap four high-ranking Church officials who will kill one by one. All this ensures that the viewer does not have time to relax and one discovery after another, thanks to Langdom's knowledge, will lead the film to move through Rome from one place to another looking for clues to find the "bad guy".

The worst thing about the movie is the unlikely endingAlthough according to what I have read in some forums the end of the book is even more fantastic, but we can forgive it because Ron Howard has kept us hooked for 2 hours in the armchair and this is something that is not easy to achieve.
